BOOKKEEPING & ACCOUNTING FOR OUR TAX CLIENTS
Clean books, prepared by the same team that prepares your tax returns.
Bookkeeping and accounting services are available only to business owners whose tax returns we prepare, as part of our year-round support. They are quoted separately, after a preliminary review of your books.
A tax return is only as good as the books behind it. When your bookkeeping and your tax preparation are handled by the same CPA firm, your year-end numbers are ready when your return is due, your deductions are categorized correctly all year, and there are no surprises in April. At Victoria Bogdanovich CPA, we offer accounting services to our business tax clients so their books and their returns work together.
What we offer
Bookkeeping. Monthly or quarterly bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online or Xero — bank and credit card reconciliations, categorized transactions, and financial reports you can rely on.
Review of your books. If you or your staff keep the books, we review them periodically to catch issues with tax consequences before they reach your return — owner draws, loan payments, fixed assets, payroll entries, and more.
Accounting system setup and clean-up. As your business grows, we help you choose and set up the right software, connect bank feeds and apps, track profitability by location or service line, and clean up books that have fallen behind.
Financial statements. For clients with year-round support, we prepare financial statements for banks, lenders, and other third parties in a professional format.
Multi-currency and international books. For tax clients with foreign operations, we handle multiple currencies and the records needed for international reporting.
Software we support
Victoria Bogdanovich CPA is a Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop) and a Xero Certified Advisor. We can work in your existing file or help you move to the platform that fits your business.

Frequently asked questions
Can I hire you for bookkeeping only?
No. Our accounting services are available only to clients whose tax returns we prepare, together with year-round support. This lets us take responsibility for the whole picture.
How is bookkeeping priced?
It’s quoted separately, based on the number of accounts and transactions, how current your books are, and how often you need them updated. We give you a quote after a preliminary review.
My books are behind. Can you help?
Yes. Clean-up work is quoted separately and is usually completed before we prepare your tax return.
Do you prepare audited or reviewed financial statements?
No. We prepare financial statements for our year-round support clients, but we do not perform audits or reviews.
Which software do you recommend?
For most small businesses, QuickBooks Online or Xero. We’ll recommend the one that fits your business and the apps you already use.
